1. Monitor, review and improve internal HR systems and processes
  2. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  3. Prepare and issue all employee letters
  4. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  5. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  6. Monitor key HR metrics and to keep the Management up to date on the market practices
  7. Address employee queries and grievances and act as a go to person for the staff
  8. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  9. Design, review and implement corporate policies and SOPs
  10. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  11. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  12. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  13. Maintain and update CV database
  14. Manage corporate health and life insurance and ensure timely processing of health claims.
  15. Ensure compliance with labor regulations including PESSI, EOBI, Labor Department
