• Draft and Review Policies, Procedures, and Forms to achieve HR excellence.
  • Preparing Job Advertisement for Vacant Positions and post on different Job portals to source best-fit candidate.
  • Carrying out the Talent Acquisition Process to fill the vacant position in lead time with the best-fit candidate. 
  • Process Monthly Payroll on Time. 
  • Manage EOBI, Social Security, Leaves Management and Group Life Insurance of Personnel and keep the records up to date.
  • Participate in the Annual Performance Management process and provide support in the execution of the plan.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
