We are seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team as a WordPress Developer / Shopify Developer.
As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our clients' websites on WordPress and Shopify platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins according to client specifications, ensuring optimal functionality, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Create custom Shopify themes and templates, incorporating cutting-edge design principles and industry best practices.
- Implement and configure Shopify apps and extensions to enhance website functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of websites to ensure high performance and seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in WordPress and Shopify development, and proactively suggest improvements and innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer and/or Shopify Developer, with a solid portfolio showcasing your previous work.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, theming, and plugin development.
- Extensive knowledge of Shopify platform, including liquid templates, APIs, and app integration.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
