Alfirouz Realestate Broker is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will actively engage with potential clients, establish strong customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets. While not managing a team, the Sales Executive plays a vital role in the company's sales activities and contributes to fostering a collaborative work environment.
The successful candidate holds a bachelor's degree and has at least two years of relevant sales experience. A key aspect of this position involves identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and market research, delivering compelling sales presentations, and effectively utilizing email marketing tools to nurture client relationships. This position demands a proactive approach to customer engagement and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through targeted market research and outreach efforts.
- Maintain and develop strong long-term customer relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct detailed sales presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the features and benefits of properties.
- Utilize customer relationship management systems to track client interactions and update sales pipelines.
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns to engage leads and nurture ongoing client interest.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transaction processes and excellent customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets consistently to contribute to overall company growth.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including new property listings and market regulations.
