We're looking for an experienced, creative, and analytical Associate to help ALFRED’s Growth Marketing team.

In this role you’ll create, execute and track innovative, integrated acquisition strategies that accelerate driver acquisition. This is a truly unique opportunity to help define and shape a fast-growing, global brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing riders.
  • Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. 
  • Managers plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
  • Rider acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Work with large, complex data sets to develop strategic, analysis driven recommendations.
  • Work on cross functional initiatives with product, brand, and analytics teams to build, test and scale innovative solutions to maximize business impact.
  • Management of hired riders. Dealing with all their issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Manage attendance for all riders and coordinate with the accounts department in regard to paid and unpaid leaves according to company policies.
  • Actively seek new avenues to hire riders.  

Qualifications 

  •  Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in management consulting and/or growth marketing/human resource management.
  •  Effectively communicate objectives, strategy, and performance results across cross-functional teams
