1. Drive company vehicles to pick or drop employees, patients, moving cargo/equipment & for recreational tours.
2. Deliver important documents to required destinations
3. Keep vehicle clean and maintained at all times.
4. Drive vehicles out of city when instructed.
5. Perform preventative and regular maintenance on vehicle
6. Perform the prescribed daily vehicle and safety equipment checks and immediately record and report any defects which become apparent.
7. Always lock the vehicle after parking.
8. Immediately report and record details of any accident or mishap, no matter how minor, and to secure witnesses to same.
9. Maintain contact with admin and record modifications to the daily schedules.
10. Report any passenger comments or complaints.
11. Account for all transport availing staff
12. Inform admin immediately if challan has been issued or about to be issued.
13. Ensure 100% punctuality.
14. Follow dress code & uniform protocols.
15. Daily Inspection of vehicle before going on shifts & inform admin in case of any issue.
16. Ensure that all vehicles are clean.
17. External and internal cleaning of vehicle on daily basis by the drivers and washing at night.
18. Regularly filling of fuel in morning time at 10:00 am in presence of admin, check fuel gauge, before taking vehicle.
19. Report defects and deficiencies of the vehicle immediately to admin. Complete a vehicle check before handing over of drivers shift.
20. Assist with transferring and balancing patients.
21. Assist with cargo loading / unloading.
22. Maintain a professional behavior, and attitudes in regards to customers, visitors, and coworkers No discrimination.
23. Do not allow any unknown/employee sitting in vehicle who is not in transport list without admin approval.
24. Ensure that all emergency tools are available in vehicle in case of emergency like jump leads, compressor, tow chain, extinguisher etc.
25. Follow in/out time, route and time schedule.
26. Fill vehicle log book, duty slip and obtain signature of user, after every duty.
27. Use hands-free when driving.
28. Obey traffic rules and regulations.
29. Drive both left hand and right hand vehicles.
30. Drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
31. Check all lubricants, fuel radiator and battery water, tyre pressure on daily basis.
