  • Keep Tracking of KPIs
  • Strong Attention on Daily Attendance
  • Managing/Handling/updating Employee Leave Records
  • Lookafter Day to Day Employees affairs
  • Handle Disciplinary Action inquiries
  • Preparing and Executing Employees Final Settlements
  • Timely submission of EOBI/PESSI Contributions
  • Maintain Attendance Registers related to EOBI/PESSI/LABOR Departments
  • Lookafter Employees Residence and Update Each Residence Record
  • Keep Files Updated for Annual Appraisal Records
  • Timely Executing Errorless Payroll  
  • Preparing Monthly Presentation of HR Dept. Performance
