Job Description

Major responsibilities will be Managing/Handling;

·         Premises security matters along with security staff duty roasters management, training, and deployment

·         Day to day maintenance of premises (i.e. Construction work/Wood Work/Glass work etc.)

·         Staff/Workers Mess affairs and its support staff

·         Duty roasters of support staff (Gardeners/Drivers/Office Boys/Painters etc.)

·         Housekeeping and Housekeeping staff as per organization’s requirement

·         Official vehicles logbooks and their timely repair and maintenance from approved/recommended workshops

·         Sales of scarp as per defined SOP

·         Various support/maintenance activities of staff residences

·         Various agreements/Licenses renewal (i.e. Rent, Mess, Janitorial Services, Transport, Weapons, and Security etc.)

·         In-House/Out Door Organizational Events (Occasional/Annual etc.)

·         Govt. Departments (Local Govt., Health, Police, WAPDA etc.)

·         Support HR Department in handling EOBI, PESSI, Labor departments

·         Support HR Department for the implementation of all policies on the floor regarding discipline

·         Any other occasional assignment by the CEO/Director 

Job Specifications:

Experience: Only Army Retired Major Ranked with Civil Jobs Experienced.

Communication Skills: Can fluently speak English and prepare presentable reports.

Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email.

Remuneration Package:

Salary: Market competitive.

Vehicle: 1000CC Company Maintained Car with Fuel.

Residence Facility: Free of Cost inside Factory (Only Job Holder-Not for Family).

Food: Free of Cost Daily 03 Meals from Staff Mess.

Annual Bonus: 50% salary after completion of one service year with the company.

Annual Bonus Distribution: Maybe in more than one transaction at Management’s discretion.
