We are Looking for Purchase Office Assistant who would assist Manager Purchase in
- Purchase Order (PO) Generating in SAP
- Coordination with Store for Daily Purchased Items Inspection
- Coordination with Gate/Security for timely documentation clearance
- Coordination with Accounts to settle various open PO's related queries
- Daily Follow up of Purchasers to collect invoices and other documents
- Other Purchase Office Documentation
