• Responding to corporate users (client) support requests.
  • Contacting corporate users (clients) to find out the nature of the problem.
  • In-person visit client’s desk or connecting via remote link.
  • Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
  • Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions for identified applications and processes
  • Troubleshoot/diagnose hardware and software issues related to his/her desktop or laptop computer.
  • Conduct remote user computers and devices troubleshooting
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues related to user laptop and desktop.
  • Analyze the performance requirement of user activities on his/her computer and suggest appropriate resolution/upgrade.
  • Providing basic training to corporate users on computer operation and management.
  • Completing job reports and ordering supplies
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot printer and printer related activities on user laptop/desktop computers.
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot scanner and scanner related activities on user laptop/desktop computers.
  • Replace peripherals in user desktop/laptop like RAM, Disk, batteries, etc.
  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Report customer feedback and potential product requests
