A well reputed NGO working to provide free meals require Kitchen Store Keeper for its central kitchen. It has Free Dastarkhans at different locations around Lahore and Rawalpindi. His reponsibilities include;
- Ensure safety stock of all items at all times based on daily requirements.
- Ensure availibility of all items that are to be used in cooking for next two days.
- Ensure timely despatch of cooked food from the kitchen to their repective locations.
- Raise purchase requisitions on weekly basis according to the requirement for the coming week.
- Maintain daily stock register.
- Maintain cost cards for the food cooked. along with calculation of food cost for each location.
- Ensure timely payment to all vendors.
- Raise Good Received Note everytime items are received in kitchen.
- Co-operate in the weekly audit of the inventory.
- Ensure goods received are according to purchase order.
- Ensure quality of food cooked and raw material received.
