· Manage and coordinate all market research requirements of local as well as international markets
· Manage competitor intelligence including competitor offers & activities. Analyze and interpret information on competitor intelligence-including competitor offers, value proposition, alliances, and market relationships and activities that are impacting on market share
· Content writing, such as product brochures, blogs, articles, PR, newsletters, etc.
· Provide summary information to all relevant managers to assist in the development of counter offers and marketing strategy initiatives
· Identify business risks and opportunities, and actively address business improvement opportunities and operational efficiency
· Monitor customer opinions and perceptions of our products and services vs. major competitors (their communications & sales proposition)
· Responsible for all ATL and BTL projects
· Develop Strategy and manage content for Digital and Social media. Grow the company’s presence on social and digital platforms with a good understanding of publisher tools such as Facebook page insights, Google analytics, keyword planner & Google Adwords.
· Develop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc
· Knowledge of Search engine optimisation (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM): developing strategies to increase number of visitors to a website by getting high-ranking placements in search results.
· Conduct key word research and web statistics reporting. Be proficient in web analytics to monitor performance of website traffic, and effectiveness of social and digital media
