Key Responsibilities
Generate leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and cold outreach (emails & calls).
Prepare and present tailored sales proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Research industry trends and suggest improvements in sales strategy.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (VA, BPO, or digital services preferred).
Strong skills in LinkedIn prospecting, Upwork bidding, and cold outreach.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
