US President announced an initiative to devote US$ 600 million for US job-training program to train workers for skills they need for jobs that are open but hard to fill. American Companies will need 1,200,000 Nurses, 150,000 Pharmacists, 450,000 PTs/OTs, 400,000 Family Physicians/General Practitioners, 522,000 software developers & computer programmers according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics over the next five years.

Over 850,000 replacement nurses alone will be needed in the next 5 years to keep up with the growing patient population according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Plus nearly two-thirds of registered nurses over age 54 are now considering retirement, according to survey results released by our Research & Analysis Division and its Center for the Advancement of Healthcare Professionals. US Nurses shortage is growing now..

Nurses must have ability to work as a fully supporting member of the health care team. Applicants must hold current RN registration with relevant clinical experience. They must have passed or have the ability to pass US licensing exam NCLEX-RN. We are also hiring Physical Therapists / Occupational Therapists, Pharmacists, Medical Technologists and other healthcare professionals. Currently we have all shifts available on permanent, contract and Per Diem basis.

Successful applicants will

• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of current post graduate experience and may have completed additional post graduate courses.

• Preference will be given to those nurses who already have the NCLEX-RN but we also offer a full NCLEX review and exam preparations

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree and meet the hours’ requirements for US licensure.

• RN (with or without Visa-Screen) but we are also offering an NCLEX review

The visa will be an EB-3 immigrant visa for nurses & EB-2 for PTs/OTs, Pharmacists but we have non-immigrant work visas to bring nurses in shorter period of time while their immigrant visas will be in process and one of the great things about a work visa, EB-3 & EB-2 is that your spouse can travel with you and work here in the US! For Australian citizens E-3 visa is available and applicants can accompany their spouse while travelling to United States and their spouse can also work in United States. Canadian & Mexican nurses can work on TN visa valid upto three years while processing their EB-3 immigrant visa (green card status).

1. Employment Application

2. Copy of Nursing License in Home Country and any other country where you are currently working

3. Copy of Nursing School Diploma/Degree

4. Copy of Nursing School Transcripts

5. Updated Resume/Curriculum Vitae

6. Copy of your Passport with valid resident visa or work visa if working in any other country than your country of citizenship & birth certificate

7. Five passport photos

8. Marriage certificate (if married) with passport copies and birth certificate of your spouse and dependent child/children (if any)

9. Two Professional References certificates & work experience certificates

10. Copy of CGFNS Certificate, or NCLEX or US RN license (if available) and IELTS, otherwise we will prepare you for these professional qualifications to get your US RN licensure.

No NCLEX …. No Problem

If you have the required clinical skills but have not yet passed NCLEX-RN or IELTS, you can be selected for the position provided you are committed to writing the NCLEX-RN exam within the next one year. We will help you get registered and prepared for US RN license through education, training & exams in United States.

Under new law recently passed by the US Senate, aliens holding a master’s or doctoral degree in a STEM field from a US institution can apply for Conditional Permanent Residence (CPR) for up to one year after their F-1 studies conclude. The alien can be granted CPR for up to five years and obtain a permanent green card, or naturalize and become a US Citizen after the five year period, provided the applicant has been employed in a STEM occupation for the duration of the five year period. We will also get you admitted in a Master Degree Program in Nursing Education or any other Healthcare related profession as part of this employment and visa process and as continuing education program.
