- Primary role is to follow up with the active customer.
- Create and maintain customer records, updating details when contacts change or when customers request quotations or place orders.
- Preparation of sales quotations.
- Query receives from customers and stock availability confirm from supply chain department.
- Preparation of sales order.
- Follow up of supplies with concern authorities.
- Day to Day payments follow up from customers.
- Responsible of filed staff movement for payment collection.
- Working on pricing fortnightly and monthly basis. Check on customer orders, prices and discounts
- Daily ledger/balance detail/account statements follow up with accounts on customer demand.
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as supply chain, accounts.
- Improve product knowledge & offer product in relevant market segmentation.
- Identify and establish communications and relationship with all customers.
