Allied Schools is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging English language lessons that cater to diverse student needs, fostering an interactive and supportive learning environment. This role involves creating well-structured lesson plans and using innovative techniques to promote student participation and enthusiasm in learning English. The English Teacher will work closely with colleagues and actively contribute to the academic success of the students.
In addition to teaching responsibilities, the English Teacher will manage a team of three persons, coordinating with teaching assistants and supporting staff to ensure effective classroom management and student support. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of teaching experience, though fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply. Compensation will be based on educational qualifications and relevant experience, reflecting the value of contributions to our learning community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and address students' learning needs.
- Engage students through interactive learning techniques that promote participation and enthusiasm in English studies.

- Participate in professional development activities to stay informed on the latest educational trends and methodologies.
