Job Responsibilities
- Managing Calendar (meetings, appointments)
- Arrangements of meetings and recording minutes of meeting
- Check emails and organize the inbox
- Manage phone calls
- Follow up for tasks assigned by the Director to different people
- Maintaining documents control system of Director's office
- Arrangements for guests followed by appropriate protocols.
- Excellent Command over MS. Office, (Power Point, Ms. Word, Advance Excel will be preferred).
- Project Management/organizing software, tools.
- Expert level of literacy in new trending business reporting such as Power BI, Power Query.
