- To determine and convey necessary resource requirements including man, material, method and machinery to arrange the maintenance & overhauling of all hydraulic equipments working in the factory to achieve necessary objectives.
- To execute the maintenance and repairing of equipments and to ensure its completion in the most economical manner as per schedule.
- To identify and suggest new methods / procedures for the improvement of consistency of your areas of operation and others as assigned from time to time.
- To co-ordinate with respective departments for smooth functioning of his areas of operation.
- To ensure implementation of safety arrangements in the plant and indicate safety consciousness in your work force.
- To supervise all maintenance work and work force under your control.
- To maintain the necessary spare parts need for your department.
- The overtime of your department should be monitored and approved so as to be within budgeted value.
- To suggest new techniques/ideas for improvement of operational consistency of areas under your jurisdiction.
- For continuous improvement of your areas for all respects, assign challenging tasks to subordinates and monitor their performance.
- Any other Job may be assigned at any time to meet the requirement of the Job.
