Site Incharge

We are seeking an experienced Site In-Charge to manage our janitorial team of 60 individuals, including 3 supervisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, and managing the team to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the janitorial team
Manage a team of 60 individuals, including 3 supervisors
Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
Monitor the team's performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
Ensure that all equipment and supplies are in good working order and that the team has the resources they need to do their jobs
Address and resolve any issues that may arise with the team or with customers
Update and provide records, and registers, according to Pakistan Labor Law
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing a janitorial team
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
