- Conduct morning sessions with the team to meet daily targets.
- Execute strategies set out by the hierarchy for achieving monthly targets.
- Build a strong relationship with customers in the decided territory.
- Reporting to line manager on sales results (Daily, weekly, monthly)
- Visit all potential construction areas and identify contractors. engineers, consultants, architects and try to establish, develop & maintains relationships with them.
- Educate customers about company’s Products with respect to quality and try to persuade them on buying our product.
- Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
- Troubleshooting for customers.
Market-based salary and performance-based incentives will be offered to the selected employees. In addition, the Company offers medical insurance and travel expenses reimbursement facilities
