Duties And Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct all calls in a professional, friendly manner and take
complete and accurate messages with the current date and time and deliver
· Greet all incoming clients, and visitors with a warm and friendly welcome and manage check-in process for appointments and classes
· Perform data entry of new patients in the software
· Handling daily cash
· Maintenance of daily petty cash
· Computer Literate
· Token issuance and record
· Record keeping of referrals
· Issuance of Pathology reports
· Issuance of reports to patients
· Close out cash drawer daily and prepare shift close report for review
· Inward goods receiving and guiding to appropriate staff member
· Address and resolve customer questions and issues
· Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and other correspondence
· Maintain, clean and organize the reception areas
· Receive and schedule appointments for all departments
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education level
· 02-years of customer-facing role in a medical, healthcare
· Good Looking, Smart and presentable Individual
· Proactive in working with blend to make a difference
· Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired Characteristics
· Well versed with medical terminologies and understanding.
* Experience in Medical Diagnostic Services will be an added advantage
