- To Manage computer Networks systems
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, and training employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Troubleshoot all types of problem in Computer Network and Software
- Troubleshoot UNIX / XENIX SYSTEM OS
- Troubleshoot all types of WIRELESS DEVICES or VOIP Devices, Digital Exchange System,
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems.
- PC Hardware support with network cards, monitors, video cards etc.
- Uses technical expertise to provide accurate and creative solutions to user problems in a timely manner.
- Researches, resolves, and responds to questions received via telephone, emails, and call backs. Logs call data and trouble tickets into a central database or help desk system.
- Provides regular continuous improvement ideas and solutions to increase the effectiveness of support services.
- Provides a high degree of courteous and helpful patient care service at all times.
- To Maintain online CCTV Camera Servers/DVRs
- To Assist in the setup and maintenance of NT/ Server user accounts, permissions and passwords.
- To maintain Domain Controller
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
- Conducts regular trend analysis, documents, and reports results.
- Perform daily backups.
- Install desktop software upgrades as needed.
- Assist in the development of system documentation.
- Extra Experience to Manage software Radiology, Pathology and Accounts Software
- Special projects as assigned by supervisor
- IT Support Analyst will directly report to Technical Support – Team Lead
- Attend weekly, daily and monthly Team meetings
- Send cancel/Fraudulent/duplicate sale intimation to Team Lead to validate before rolling them out to client.
- Send daily reportwhatsapp to Team Lead and CEO
- Responsible to perform additional tasks as assigned.
- To maintain / develop /update Websites
- To maintain / update daily activities on social media of alnoor diagnostic centre , Lahore venous associates
