AS the Technical Manager the departments reporting to you will be as below:
Tool Room, Maintenance department, Powerhouse.
Responsibilities:
- Overall maintainence of the whole plant, including production Machines, Powerhouse and Utilities.
- Troubleshooting of problems on the machine.
- Guiding the electronic, mechanical and electrical teams regarding their tasks.
- Implementation of PM plans.
- Ensure that expenses are kept withinin budget for your department.
- Keep machines availiabille for production as agreed.
- Coordinate with machine suppliers for trouble shooting.
- Approve department requisitions for procurement of materials.
- Make budgets of new projects.
- Ensure all machines are running at optimum speeds.
- Ensure all electrical wiring is optimized to prevent unwanted issues.
