As the HOD you be responsible mainly for the following:
- Maintaining relationships with our clients through out pakistan.
- Working with your team to be able to create forecasts for the production and supply chain department.
- Attend closing meetings/ help your BDO's close orders.
- Attend Fairs and Exhibitions.
- Ensure that all orders created are correct and rates are ok before approval of orders.
- Meet weekly with the internal production and planning teams to ensure that all orders are on track.
- Ensure that the company meets its targeted Sale.
- Work with IT to ensure that our webpage is updated at all times.
- work with technical department to bring about new products.
- work with finance to ensure healthy cashflows.
- ensure payments are received within the credit limit provided to clients.
