JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Opening and closing of office
  • Mark attendance of all employee
  • sMaintenance and timely provision of stationary record
  • Purchase of stationary, tea material and other miscellaneous items
  • Supervision of office boys and other janitorial staff
  • Manage the repair and maintenance office equipments and assets
  • Compile, purchase and monthly requisitionMiscellaneous outdoor assignments of office and Head
  • Manage schedule and deadlines.
