Alpha Omega, a leading Family Entertainment Centre in Bahria Town is looking for Support Managers.
The position will be responsible for leading the marketing and sales team, to deliver the company marketing plan in line with the brand values and business strategies. Developing the marketing strategy, and coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. Responsible for driving the commercial objectives of the business, maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction. The position requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and to be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution in coordination with our digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibility & Duties: -
- .Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- .Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- .Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- .Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- .Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- .Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- .Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- .Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- .Previous experience in a customer support role preferred
- .Track record of over-achieving quota
- .Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- .Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- .Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- .Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- .High school degree
