Sales Specialist

We are hiring experienced Sales Specialists with US Telecom sales experience. The ideal candidate is confident in selling Internet, TV, Phone and Home Security packages to US customers, handling inbound calls, and consistently achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers via inbound calls to promote and sell Internet, TV, Home Phone & Home Security.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Leverage your knowledge of AT&T, Spectrum, and similar providers to upsell and cross-sell services.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries confidently.
Build lasting customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offers, and company promotions.

Requirements

Must have prior US Telecom Sales Experience.
Strong understanding of Internet, TV, and Phone packages (AT&T, Spectrum, etc.).
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced sales floor.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 (based on experience)
Commissions & Incentives: Performance-based, with uncapped earning potential
