Our fast growing company Alpha Smartphones requires the services of a well versed Online Reputation Manager (ORM) from Rawalpindi/Islamabad. We are looking for a talented ORM to administer our websites, brand and profiles. The Candidate will be responsible for brand building, reputation, and brand awareness online. The candidate will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing and brand-building goals.
Following is the breakdown of duties and responsibilities:
- Designing & implementation of brand awareness and wellness strategies
- Responsible for bringing positive customer reviews across all platforms (eg Trustpilot, Google Facebook, Instagram etc)
- Remove bad reviews from YELP, ZILLOW, GLASSDOOR, GOOGLE, TRUSTPILOT etc
- Brand Management, including liaison with media, social media strategy to create brand awareness & recognition
- Liaison and coordination with operations and CS team for effective marketing
- Design, development execution of marketing plan in correlation to the marketing budget
- Conducting market research, competitive analysis for the right positioning and reputation of the brand
- Developing long term and short term goals, with a strong focus based on quarterly targets
- Design testing to make website homepage user friendly and attractive for digital advertising
- Brand SEO strategies and monitoring performance
- On-page optimization, off-page optimization, and keyword analysis
- Optimization of on-page content & project website as per Google algorithm
- Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities for increasing online visibility
- Maintained blog on the website.
- Administrative and team management skills.
- Add valuable online content on the website or social media that will increase online trust with customers
- Add continue value, website SEO and active social media posting
- Hiding/push down the bad/negative links and by post good and valuable content on your online channels with complete SEO optimization.
- Remove/suppress any type of negative links from the internet and rank positive links on Google, Yahoo, and Bing on top searches.
- Post-High-quality blog posts to get more traffic to your content.
- Monitor visibility on Google.
