AlphaSquad Technologies is a fast-growing technology company having fully established businesses in the USA, Canada, Australia, Latin America, and Europe. We are aggressively expanding our team and now looking for a Focused Human Resource Executive with a Can-Do attitude to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process including job marketing, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating with candidates, and onboarding.
- Develop best recruitment strategies to market, attract, screen, evaluate, select, induct and engage the suitable candidates to enhance diversity, performance, culture, and retention
- Establish strong relationships with candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend the hiring needs.
- Leverage recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, and Rozee.pk, Indeed, and other social media avenues to attract and find talent.
- Understands what sort of talent the company is looking for and prioritizes recruitment efforts based on those requirements.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives & create liaisons with career placement cells.
- Ensuring that accurate job descriptions (JDs) are in place.
- Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding, Payroll, and HR audits
- Creating, implementing, and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.
- Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application.
- Managing employee benefits and claims administration.
- Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Maintain attendance of all employees, and implement policies regarding late arrivals and leaves.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master's in HR or a related subject.
- Experienced Professional having 2 -3 years of relevant experience in related areas such as HR operations, job classification, recruitment, and selection of suitable candidates
- Ability to manage HR operation, Recruitment, and Payroll.
- Must have good knowledge of google sheets or MS office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Must have a high LinkedIn profile, strong network with other HR managers & relationship builder personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
