AlphaSquad Technologies is looking for an experienced UI/UX Front End Developer.
Responsibilities
- Build Mobile Responsive Web Portals, Websites & Web applications.
- Integrate RESTful APIs & parse JSON response
- Convert PSD to responsive HTML
- Build pixel perfect design, handle page navigation and turn mock-ups into web pages quickly and according to specs.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Determining the structure and design of web pages.
- Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
- Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
- Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout design.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Previous working experience as a UI/UX Developer Frontend developer.
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
- Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
- Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as Angular, React, VueJS etc.}
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
- Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
- Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN.
- Good understanding of SEO principles.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
