Alpine Industrialcon (Pvt) Limited is seeking a skilled Diesel Engine Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, the Diesel Engine Engineer will work closely with various departments to integrate design requirements with production capabilities while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. As part of the leadership responsibility, the engineer will support team development, oversee project timelines, and maintain communication across departments to deliver high-quality engine solutions. A background in quality management is essential to ensure all processes meet stringent quality control benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize diesel engine components and systems to meet specified performance criteria.
- Lead and manage a team of 5 engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality control, to ensure seamless product development and implementation.
- Apply quality management principles to monitor engineering processes, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Review project requirements and ensure design compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct performance testing and analysis to validate engine design, efficiency, and durability.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and quality assurance records.
- Research and incorporate new technologies in diesel engine design to enhance product competitiveness.
- Plan and coordinate engineering activities to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
- Evaluate supplier components and materials to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
