1. Perform duties of Customer Representative for respective customers.
2. Ensure in the morning all items to be delivered that day are lined up for delivery.
3. Follow-up with dispatch department about in time arrival of goods at customer premises.
4. Material Purchasing planning.
5. Production & work orders planning.
6. Close coordination / follow-up with production department for smooth continuity of production to ensure timely deliveries.
7. Close coordination with customer for customer schedules/ delivery issues / PO’s.
8. Ensure continuous monitoring of customer portals for any information/ additional schedules.
9. Manage & follow-up with delivery department for receiving customer provided materials (including packing materials).
10. Trouble shoots for any SAP or SCM issue.
