The successful candidates will work along-side our existing Customer and Technical support team who is responsible for assisting the customers worldwide over the phone, text chat and emails.Our Customer Support Center operates 24x7 and the selected candidate will be required to work in the evening/night shifts.The agent will be mainly responsible for taking incoming calls and responding to customer emails.He will have to handle customer queries about our product and also solve problems that the customers are facing.The agent should have good internet searching skills in order to find information like time zones, weather, population, addresses etc which will be required while dealing with the customers.
