• The successful candidates will work along-side our existing Customer and Technical support team who are responsible for assisting the customers worldwide over the phone.
  • Our Customer Support Center operates 24x7 and the selected candidate will be required to work in the evening/night shifts.
  • The agent will be mainly responsible for taking incoming calls and responding to customer emails.
  • He will have to handle customer queries about our product and also solve problems that the customers are facing.
  • The agent should have good internet searching skills in order to find information like timezones, weather, population, addresses etc which will be required while dealing with the customers.
