We are seeking a bright and talented entry-level Recruiter to work closely with the Lead Recruiter to provide major support service. The Entry Level Recruiter will perform various duties and must be flexible as this position has the potential to grow. Experience not required but is a plus. Must be willing to learn quickly, be a team player and contribute to all aspects of recruiting and staffing.
In addition to following company policies and procedures, essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Hands-on recruiting, interviewing, selecting and pipeline qualified candidates for available positions.
- Evaluating skills required for various job assignments and filling open orders in an effective and timely manner.
- Track and maintain records of candidate interviews for reporting to Recruiting Lead.
- Delivering top-notch customer service to candidates and client companies alike.
- Demonstrating the company's and the area's core values, operating principles, and service differentiators.
- Bachelors Degree preferably BBA - Preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH - Required
- Ability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours from 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM Pakistan Time - Required
- Previous Recruiting experience - A PLUS!
- Solid customer service background and a flexible "CAN DO!" attitude
- Ability to work independently and self-direct
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to follow through with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Ability to cope with pressure in a High volume, fast-paced environment
