Al-Haadi Mobilya’s Lahore branch is looking for a committed and organized Admin professional to manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. This role supports the sales and operations teams by maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication, and facilitating efficient workflows. The Admin will be instrumental in improving overall workplace productivity and maintaining a well-structured office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration: Oversee daily office activities to maintain an orderly and efficient workspace. Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes while ensuring timely upkeep of office equipment and facilities.

Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain detailed files and records for HR, sales, and accounts departments. Prepare and process official correspondence such as letters and memos. Ensure accurate documentation of customer and supplier information.

Coordination & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Organize meetings, appointments, and schedules for management. Facilitate effective communication and workflow across departments.

Support Functions: Provide administrative assistance to sales, accounts, and HR teams. Help generate reports, invoices, and purchase orders. Assist in organizing branch events, promotions, and customer visits to support business growth.

Compliance & General Duties: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the office. Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support branch operations.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the retail or furniture sector. Strong organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and effective time management are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A professional, presentable, and proactive work attitude is expected.

Job Details

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore. The monthly salary range is Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
