Looking for a experienced Senior Accountant who has hands-on background to manage to day-to-day financial operations with any large & reputable organization.
- Manage ongoing activities in the absence of Finance Manager.
- Supervising payments processing and bookkeeping.
- Supervising GL reconciliations and updating schedules.
- Coordination with operations and suppliers for clarifications on bills received/pending bills.
- Assist Finance Manager in maintaining fixed assets register and reconciliation with ledgers.
- Intercompany accounts reconciliations.
- Assist line manager in monthly and annual accounts closings.
- Maintain books of accounts and record keeping in compliance with the regulatory/accounting framework.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for all transactions.
- Production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow
- Forecast cash flow positions and available funds for investment; ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
- Sales Tax and Income Tax knowledge.
- Undertake any other duties as directed by the line management.
