We're currently hiring for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
We're looking for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and is confident with building relationships and engaging in complex conversations. For this position, we do require someone who is fluent in English.
Job Description:
- Using Cold Calling to connect with potential customers’ details listed.
- Work towards Sales targets.
- Helping to form and improve a script that can be used to lead conversations with customers.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales and calling reports.
- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve sales and leads turnover
- Manage the customer database and accuracy of CRM
- Be energetic and a positive representative of the company and its brand over calls.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a Graduate with 1 – 2 Years of experience
- Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with a can-do attitude;
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Must speak English fluently
- Experienced working with KPI's and targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full-time Position
