Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, Organize and Manage CEO's Schedule

• Plan and Coordinate International and Domestic travel arrangements for the CEO and accompanying Senior Management.

• Be able to take minutes of meetings, dictation and Independently draft internal and external correspondence.

• Maintain Executive Office/files, records and logs

• Manage CEO’s Personal Finances and book keeping

• Be able to Handle work related Matters, Drafting, and Documentation of Legal issues 

• Be able to Deal and Correspond with Government/Semi-Government Departments, Ministries, etc
