Amal Desserts is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch and ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable functioning. In this role, you will lead a small team and take full responsibility for managing everything from opening and closing procedures to inventory control and customer service excellence. Your leadership will be crucial in supervising staff tasks, managing stock levels, and maintaining high operational standards. You will also manage financial activities such as daily cash flow and end-of-day cash closing to support the branch's financial health. This position requires an individual capable of handling pressure and making key decisions independently to maintain operational discipline and a welcoming environment for customers.
The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of experience in retail, restaurant, caf, or branch management. You should be proficient with Google Sheets, have strong communication and organizational skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach in managing all aspects of branch operations. You will play an essential role in coordinating with management by providing daily reports on stock demand and operational status. Under your guidance, the branch will deliver excellent customer service, resolve complaints professionally, and fulfill Foodpanda orders efficiently. This position is responsible for managing a team of one person and requires a leader who can inspire teamwork and maintain high performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all branch opening and closing processes to ensure operational readiness and security.
- Supervise and assign daily tasks including cleaning, operational duties, and waste management to staff.
- Oversee stock purchasing, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure proper stock display and presentation within the branch.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and handling complaints professionally and promptly.
- Manage daily cash flow, perform end-of-day cash closing procedures, and ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
- Compile and share daily stock demand and operational reports with senior management to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate and fulfill Foodpanda orders efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date data entry using Google Sheets for inventory, sales, and operational records.
- Operate the branch independently during staff absences, ensuring all functions continue without disruption.
- Enforce discipline among staff and maintain smooth daily operations to uphold company policies and standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team member to enhance productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
- Implement operational plans to optimize performance and efficiency of the branch.
- Exercise strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and maintain continuous branch operations.
