- End to End Letter of Credit Management.
- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
- Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
- Ensure the accuracy of documents from suppliers, freight forwarders, and coordination for customs clearance.
- Ensure smooth collaboration with freight forwarders, warehouse operations, transporters, and others.
- Monitor lead times and supply chain delays to ensure early identification.
- Prepare purchase-related reports including cost analyses and monitor stock levels and order placements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
