• Conduct thorough quality assessments of incoming towel materials and outgoing finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and customer expectations.
  • This includes checking for flaws in material consistency, color, stitching, and overall appearance.
  • Review detailed blueprints and instructions to understand the specific quality expectations for each towel product.
  • Use this information to develop and implement effective quality control procedures throughout the production process.
  • Reject any towels or materials that do not meet quality standards, and work with vendors to identify and address any recurring quality issues.
  • This may involve conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective action plans to prevent future defects.
  • Use precision measuring tools and techniques to assess towel dimensions, thickness, weight, and absorbency, and compare these characteristics to established product specifications.
  • Conduct functional testing to ensure that towels perform as intended.
  • Continuously monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards, and make recommendations for process improvements to prevent quality issues from occurring.
  • This may involve collaborating with production teams, vendors, and customers to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and patterns related to towel quality, and develop strategies to improve internal controls and checks to prevent defects from occurring.
  • Use data analysis tools to track and report on key quality metrics such as defect rates, scrap rates, and rework costs.
  • Train production teams on quality control procedures and best practices to ensure that everyone understands their role in maintaining high quality standards.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to reinforce good habits and address any quality issues as they arise.
  • Act quickly to address any quality-related issues that arise during production or after products have shipped.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to investigate the root cause of any issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
