We are looking for a committed Amazon Wholesale Assistant to join our team at Mokhu, based on-site in Muslim Town, Lahore. Mokhu specializes in creating fully managed, passive income eCommerce businesses that generate consistent, hands-free profits. Our mission is to support clients and partner brands in expanding their sales on Amazon and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing supplier relationships, handling brand approvals, and supporting wholesale operations with professionalism and efficiency. This is a full-time role with working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture strong supplier relationships to ensure smooth, long-term partnerships.
- Oversee brand approvals, including managing documentation and onboarding new brands.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers through calls and emails to resolve queries and ensure timely responses.
- Support the wholesale team with daily tasks related to purchasing, inventory management, and account operations.
- Maintain accurate records and updates using Google Sheets or other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Amazon wholesale or supplier management.
- Strong understanding of brand approval processes and supplier communication.
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear and confident communication skills.
- Proven negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and documentation handling.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive work approach.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of specific experience in brand approvals.
