X Up Brands is a fast-growing company managing a diverse range of e-commerce and Amazon FBA businesses. We are dedicated to preserving the unique identity of each brand while leveraging our digital marketing expertise to drive growth and profitability. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Growth Specialist to join our Brand Growth Department. This role is focused on boosting brand success through new product launches, listing optimization, niche research, and performance analysis. The specialist will work closely with PPC and Operations teams to maximize product potential across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute new product launches from concept to live listing, including conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and setting up product listings. Continuously optimize existing listings by refining titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and images to improve visibility, conversion rates, and overall performance. Use tools such as DataDive, Helium 10, and Jungle Scout to identify profitable niches, uncover keyword gaps, and discover new product opportunities. Develop detailed product briefs for design, content, and operations teams to ensure alignment with brand positioning and target audience. Collaborate closely with PPC teams to align advertising strategies with organic growth goals and coordinate with Operations to ensure product availability and efficient logistics. Monitor key performance indicators including sales, rankings, conversion rates, and ACOS, generating reports and recommending data-driven improvements. Conduct regular competitor analysis focusing on listings, pricing, and positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation. Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and quality standards across all listings and marketplace content. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, Amazon algorithm changes, and emerging marketplace opportunities to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Two to four years of experience in Amazon brand management, e-commerce growth, or product listing optimization. Proficiency with tools such as DataDive, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Seller Central. Strong analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work effectively across teams. A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results independently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in listing optimization or close collaboration with advertising teams is highly desirable. Knowledge of graphic briefing and content writing tailored specifically for Amazon listings is a plus. Familiarity with brand protection and counterfeit monitoring processes adds value. Understanding of global marketplaces such as Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop is beneficial.
