• To maintaining and updating HRIS for new and existing employees.
  • To keep a track and record of the attendance/absenteeism of the factory employees and report daily absentee report to employees to management.
  • To issue all types of letters/documents like offer, warning, show cause, extension in probation period, Transfer of employee, Termination / suspension, experience, acceptance of resignation.
  • To prepare monthly salaries of the employees and reconciliation report.
  • To check / verify daily and monthly Overtime Sheet.
  • To prepare and report daily absentee reports of employee to management.
  • To prepare loan application against Provident Fund.
  • To cross check actual and HRIS attendance and update missing attendance into HRIS on daily basis.
  • To arrange finger scanning of new employees.
  • To prepare leave Encashment of the employees with bank letters.
  • To prepare orientation plan of new employees and follow-up.
  • To prepare list of new employees on monthly basis for account opening;
  • To prepare and update Competence Need of Employees record.
  • To prepare departmental organogram for management and non-management staff.
  • To prepare enter data of Performance Appraisal from of management staff on quarterly basis.
  • To prepare inter-office memorandum and circulars.
  • To prepare medical allowance on monthly basis.
  • To prepare advance payment and extra deduction vouchers on monthly basis.
  • To report the status of absenteeism, leaving employees, new hired employees and confirm employees;
  • Any additional task assigned by the head of department.
