- Organizing stock levels of all stores (Raw Material, Finished Goods and General Store).
- Cross Verification of Stock Balances of Finished Goods.
- Control of Pending Purchase Indents.
- Reconciliation and maintenance of Manual data /record with ERP system.
- Maintain record of GRNs, Dispatch Note and Material Issuance and Purchase indents of all stores (RMS, FGS & GS) in ERP system as well as monitor manual record.
- Maintain inventory record as per lists of item codes in ERP.
- Provide assistance to asst. store manager in all matters.
- Ensure updated record keeping of all stores.
- Monitor Unloading of incoming materials and make arrangement for their stacking in Raw Material Store.
- Control issuance of raw material as per production requirement.
- Responsible for stacking of finished goods in store after receiving from Quality Control section and also manage their dispatches as per PPC department Instruction.
- Coordination with other staff regarding inventory management.
Any additional task assigned by Head of Department.
