We need motivated and experience individual who has expertise in providing desktop support. Selected candidate will be responsible for providing helpdesk support to our end-customers in North America.
Language Skills Required: Fluent in English read /write / verbal. Must be able to Host and provide consultation to end customers
Important Note: This is a Rotational Shift job.
Selected Candidate will be responsible:
- for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements the solution.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
- Migrating windows
- Troubleshooting applications issues.
- Connecting to domains.
- Must have working knowledge of Java, Windows 7, Windows 10 operating systems, MS Office 2010, 2013, 2016/Office 365, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange and must also have the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
