- The ideal candidate must have experience in the textile industry, specifically the export business.
- He should be proficient in MS Office and have hands-on experience with an accounting software.
- Role would be to assist the Export Manager in preparing various export related documentation as well as handling routine book keeping, reporting and documentation tasks.
- Some of the specific responsibilities include:-
Export Functions:-
- Prepare export documents - order confirmations, packing list, invoice etc.
- Oversee container dispatches - record cartons being loaded, matching articles shipped with orders, update on packing list etc.
- Prepare various regulatory data e.g. Form EE, DLTL, custom rebate etc.
Accounts Functions:-
- Maintain excel record of daily production of various departments
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Maintain inventory records for weaving being done from third party mills
- Prepare monthly inventory report
- Provide periodic reporting to upper management e.g. export performance, cost breakdowns etc.
- Prepare documentation required for various certifications such as BSCI, GOTS, Oeko-Tex
