- Discuss and Report on daily basis with Team lead on current assigned programming tasks.
- Deal with Support and Testing teams on their issues reported by the Customer Sites.
- Deal with customers for support queries.
- Design project plan of assigned tasks and discuss with Team lead.
- Ready customer patches and Utilities as per requirement.
- R&D on new features and enhancement for current work and for future use.
- Fix and ready patch for reported bugs by the testing team.
- Analyze the issue reported by the Customer site and ready patch for it.
- Other tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
- Maintain document for changes in new release/R&D etc.
Skill Set:
- Core development experience in C# Windows Services and Desktop application.
- Web Services / Web API
- Server Client application with TCP/IP and UDP protocol.
- Traps sending by using SNMP protocol.
- Muti threading and Concurrent based process handling.
- Experience in .NET Remoting application.
- VoIP call recording of IP/TDM and SIP based protocol.
- SQL database.
- .Net framework 2.0 to 4.5
