Amigos Bpo is a full service telemarketing company led by industry experts, aimed at offering bespoke business solutions to business entities at large scale.
We are looking for Experienced individuals as Customer Service Representatives, having Excellent English spoken, for International projects/campaigns.
Fresh / Experienced candidates are required.Proficiency in English Speaking.Must be dependable and a team player.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Willing to work for a night shift.
Shift Timings: 07:00 PM TO 05:00 AM (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Fresh candidates start earning from 25,000/- PKR, plus attractive Bonuses
Incentives: Experience Agents can earn up to 100,000/- PKR.
What We're Looking For:
· 1+ years prior experience in a customer facing role (sales and/or support)· Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships· Effective listening and problem-solving skills· Excellent communication and presentation skills· Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high attention to detail and professionalism
Office timings: 7pm to 5am
Experience:CSR (Lead Gen) Final Expense: 1 year (Preferred)Telemarketing, Call Center, BPO: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:English U.S Accent (Preferred)
